Designtech offers support in different ways depending on the scope of your request

Normally, a support request is within one of these main areas:

  • Our own product iCoordinator

  • OEM partners and resellers
  • Customer specific solutions
  • Third party products

Unless anything else has been agreed on, our support is available during office hours, 08:00 – 17:00 CET. Exceptions to the normal office hours are presented here
