Support is provided for the latest official version of our tools and is normally available during office hours 9.00-16.00, CET. Exceptions to the normal office hours can occur.

  Telephone support or e-meeting helpdesk support avaliable during office hours (09:00-16:00 CET) given to the portal administrator and room administrators appointed by the Buyer.
 
Extended user support   Depending on the customers needs.
Customized agreement with the customer.

  * The Mandatory Software Assurance and Support fee is a yearly and mandatory fee, corresponding to 18% of ALL license costs.
