ProjectCoordinator® comes with a web-based easy to use projectplanner that helps organisations to create and track their poject plans. It allows the users to effectively collaborate on their project activities like creating plans, phases, activities, sub-activities, and milestones in an environment that resembles Microsoft® Project®.

ProjectCoordinator® comes in two flavors. ProjectCoordinator® Business Edition and  ProjectCoordinator®  Collaborative edition.

ProjectCoordinator® Business Edition is ideal for organisations focusing on  project management, resource management, cost management, document management, time tracking and  effective collaboration between the stakeholders. The solution could be used as  a stand-alone product, which can be installed on your own Linux or Unix server, or could access as SaaS(Software as a Service). It allows orgainsations to maintain multiple and different document structures, project plans, or project calendars - while still retaining control of the overall structure, with the possibility to aggregate information across multiple projects.

ProjectCoordinator® Collaborative Edition is more focused on organisation's collaborative efforts as says in the name.  The main features includes document management, web content management, briefing board, forum, news. email and contact management. It help organizations and work groups,  to share information in a secure way with their internal resources as well as external parties like clients, suppliers and consultants.
